Delicious & Easy Winter Soups You Need To Try!

Authentic Italian Minestrone Soup
Italian food is hands down my all time favorite food! When looking for authentic Italian recipes I love Bethany’s blog – A Simple Palate. Minestrone soup is one of my favorite hearty meals. It’s packed with flavor and veggies! And this recipe does not disappoint!

Chicken Parmesan Soup
Ok, first let’s talk about how simple yet delicious this is! Second it only takes 20 minutes! This soup has become a staple and chances are you already have most of the ingredients in your pantry. If you haven’t tried chicken parmesan soup this recipe is a must try! Even picky eaters I know have enjoyed and loved this soup.

Vegetable Soup
As a kid my favorite canned soup was Campbell’s vegetarian vegetable soup. This soup from Jaclyn is just 1,000x better than any vegetable soup you’ll find in a can and it’s packed with so much flavor! What’s great about making vegetable soup is you have the options to add the vegetables you love. This is so hearty and I highly recommend if you’re looking for a vegetarian winter soup to try!

Chicken White Bean Chili
Racheal Devaux has been a favorite of mine for many, many years. Her white bean chicken chili soup is out of this world! My one piece of advice is if you don’t like too much heat, hold back on the jalapeńo.

Lasagna Soup
The sound of lasagna soup at first didn’t sound too appetizing. Personally, I’m not a big fan of lasagna. However, in soup form like this! 10/10! It is unbelievably delicious. Now, I used regular full-fat ingredients unlike what this recipe in particular calls for and it was chef’s kiss! And for the jar sauce, Rao’s is hands down the best to use with this!!
Why Is Soup Popular In Winter?
